Hush is a free, offline white noise app for Android. By installing or using Hush, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app.

License

Hush is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software, subject to the conditions of that license.

Use of the App

Hush is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

Hush is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or Android version.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors of Hush shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Third-Party Links

The app may contain a link to an external donation platform (PayPal). That service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
